Q: I don’t have a design. Can you help?
A: Definitely. Our in-house design team will help create a 3D mockup and provide engineering drawings based on your requirements.

Q: What file types do you accept for artwork?
A: We accept AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, and high-resolution PNG/JPG files.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a direct manufacturer with over 15 years of experience and a 10,000㎡ factory in Zhejiang, China.

Q: How long is your lead time?
A: Normally 15–25 days after sample approval. Urgent orders can be handled upon request.

Q: How do you ensure product quality?
A: We follow strict quality control procedures, with inspections throughout production. We also offer QC photos and videos before shipment.
